We will sell units in our fund to any person or entity, other than a resident of either the United States or Canada, who meets the test of an accredited or sophisticated investor in both their country of residence as well as in Bermuda.

Investing
Subscriptions are processed every Thursday night, effective Friday morning. In order to have your subscription processed (i) your application and supporting materials must be complete, (ii) our Administrator, Harbour Financial Services Ltd., must have accepted your subscription, and (iii) your funds must be in our trust account at Harbour Financial Services Ltd. in Bermuda by 11 AM on Thursday.

We are happy to help you with this process. The Private Placement Memorandum (click here to download) contains everything you need to invest, including the Subscription Agreement and wire transfer instructions.

The initial subscription must be $100,000 or greater, in Canadian Dollars for our Canadian Equity Fund; in US Dollars for our US Equity Fund. Additional subscriptions must be at least $10,000 in the currency of the fund.

Additional subscriptions for an existing client have a much-abbreviated process.

Withdrawing
Redemptions can be made on any Thursday. Please refer to your Private Placement Memorandum for more information or contact us via email: redemptions@martialcapital.com

Systematic Withdrawals
Martial Capital can organize regular withdrawals from your account to fund your cash flow requirements. Once set up, they occur on whatever schedule you have established without further paperwork.
