Martial Capital and its funds operate under extensive third party supervision, oversight, and custody. Specifically:
- All client monies and assets (securities) are held either in a trust account at Bank of Butterfield or by Morgan Stanley, our Prime Broker.
- The Net Asset Value per share (NAV) – the price of a unit in our funds – is calculated by our third-party administrator.
- The details of our funds and how they operate are fully spelled out in a detailed Private Placement Memorandum, approved by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, downloadable below.
- The funds are audited.¹
